Jason did an amazing job replacing almost all parts in my gas fire and re setting the bricks. The fire now operates amazing and the new remote is great. He was so clean and tidy with his work that I had no mess to clean up afterwards. He is very knowledgeable on the brand Realfires which now belongs to Ignite.
