Jason was very helpful when we had an issue with our hot water not working even after switching the gas bottles over to the full bottle. I noticed the bottle that it was on did not show the red marking as per usual to tell us that it’s empty. Jason was also unavailable until next week but he talked me through checking a few things over the phone only to find that the problem with having no hot water turned out to be an electrical issue that had caused a circuit to trip. He basically saved me from having someone come out to check what the issue was and paying a call out fee. Awesome service and grateful he was able to get me to check this without a fee. Would recommend his services to anyone and always reliant on reviews hence adding mine here in support of a service that saved me time and money. Thank you heaps Jason.
